Vendor Qualification Requirements
All vendor partners must complete a screening and approval process before receiving service opportunities through VoltGuard365.
Vendor requirements include:
- Valid electrical license (if required by state/local law)
- Proof of general liability insurance
- Proof of bonding (if applicable)
- Valid business license
- Government-issued identification
- Residential electrical service experience
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone and email access for communication and dispatching
- Professional references (upon request)
Background & Credential Verification
To protect our customers and maintain service quality, VoltGuard365 may require vendor partners to complete:
- Criminal background screening
- License verification
- Insurance verification
- Identity verification
- Business credential verification
- Driving record review (if applicable)
VoltGuard365 reserves the right to deny or terminate vendor partnerships based on professionalism, customer complaints, safety concerns, dishonesty, or failure to maintain required credentials.
Customer Service Standards
VoltGuard365 vendor partners are expected to represent the company professionally at all times.
Vendor partners must:
- Arrive on time
- Communicate professionally
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Respect customers and property managers
- Follow safety and code standards
- Perform quality workmanship
- Provide honest diagnostics and recommendations
Pricing & Service Policies
VoltGuard365 vendor partners must follow VoltGuard365-approved pricing structures at all times.
Vendor partners:
- May not alter, increase, or modify pricing
- May not add unauthorized charges or fees
- May not upsell additional services or repairs
- Must perform only the services approved through VoltGuard365
If additional issues are discovered during service, the vendor must immediately contact VoltGuard365 before discussing additional repairs or pricing with the customer.
VoltGuard365 will review the situation directly and determine whether any additional work or pricing adjustments are necessary.
Under no circumstances may a vendor independently increase pricing or recommend additional paid services without VoltGuard365 approval.
Customer-First Integrity Policy
VoltGuard365 is committed to honesty, transparency, and customer trust.
If a customer believes a vendor is:
- Misrepresenting a problem
- Recommending unnecessary work
- Being dishonest
- Attempting to pressure them into additional repairs or services
The customer has the right to:
- Decline the vendor’s recommendations
- Stop service immediately
- Contact VoltGuard365 directly for an Integrity Check review
Integrity Check Policy
VoltGuard365 reserves the right to perform an Integrity Check inspection on any vendor service recommendation.
If VoltGuard365 determines that a vendor:
- Misrepresented the issue
- Recommended unnecessary repairs
- Violated pricing policies
- Attempted to upsell services
- Acted dishonestly toward the customer
VoltGuard365 may:
- Document the incident
- Remove the vendor from active service opportunities
- Immediately terminate the vendor partnership
- Permanently remove the vendor from the VoltGuard365 network
